For the opening of the Nike Showroom in Hong Kong, we were hired to create graphics that tell the story of Nike’s history, celebrate current athletes, and has lasting meaning for the employees that work there. By using Bowerman’s famous quote, “If you have a body, you are an athlete,” we sought to bring the viewer into the athlete’s experience through connection with the athlete images and inspiring quotes, using historical images, and by overlaying mirrors with this quote in association with athlete detail images.
